I bought a tulip vase which sadly had broken in transit. I emailed Maison Flaneur and within 2 hours had a reply promising a replacement. My new one arrived within 2 days and I am thrilled with it. Customer service such as this is to be commended.
I placed my order on a Friday and needed to amend the email address for further updates on the order; this was swiftly done by the team. The delivery was the next day by DPD, which I didn't pay extra for, just the regular delivery costs. The ordered item is just stunning. What a great shopping experience!

Purchased a wedding gift for a friend in the US. There was an issue with the delivery service and the gift was returned to the shop.
