What’s your name?
Maddy Taylor
Tell us, where are you from?
Ooh this question always has such a long answer for me - I was born in Singapore, then spent much of my childhood in Hong Kong before we moved to the New Forest in the U.K. Asia has always felt like home.
Amazing, and now?
I'm based in London
Quickest way to describe your brand?
Joyful
One thing people might not know about your brand?
I named it after the first oil pastel shapes I drew on square pieces of notepad paper.
And an iconic item from your collection?
The SPACE Side Table in Electric Blue a favourite of mine and my customers.
What would be your biggest inspiration?
The Space Age era of design, nature and childhood cartoons.
What is your top tip for home decor?
If you find an item and whilst looking at it, feel something good in your chest, get it. Displaying a vase or two that you've taken from your mother's place always make a room feel more homely.
One thing you like to do when you host a dinner party?
Have everything prepped before hand so I can focus on topping up Margaritas.
One tradition for hosting:
Always have crisps and dips laid out whilst you catch up with everyone.
