It's a beautifully tactile piece - sculptural, practical and stylish. Some of the scoops feature a unique two-toned natural grain, showcasing the raw natural beauty of African Blackwood.

This scoop has been carved by their team of Makonde Wood Carvers who are renowned for their craftsmanship, a skill passed down for generations. Your purchase supports job creation and helps to keep the tradition of wood carving in the Makonde tribe alive.

Material: African Blackwood This type of wood can sometimes have beautiful light grains and sections running through it.

Size: Total length 12cm | Scoop diameter 5cm

Care: Hand wash and dry thoroughly. Not dishwasher safe. Use food safe mineral oil when required to retain the natural finish of the wood.

As with all handmade items, slight variations in shape, design and colour may occur, making each product one of a kind.
