Be transported to the home of the wondrous Taj Mahal with Agra, a namesake of the historically rich Indian city. The symmetrical floral was inspired by the eternal love between Shah Jahan and his soulmate Mumtaz Mahal, whose tombs have been immortalised in the iconic monument.

STORY BEHIND AGRA

During my travels through India, I fell deeply in love with Rajasthan, the birthplace of block printing. It was there I also found myself mesmerised by the majestic beauty of the Taj Mahal in Agra. Inspired by the intricate inlay work on the cenotaphs of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal, our 'Agra' wallpaper blends this ancient craftsmanship with the rich narratives encased within the monument.

The symmetrical floral patterns not only reflect the grand architecture of the Taj but also echo the timeless love story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal, making each design a tribute to eternal devotion.
