Motel Bodega is the joyfully nostalgic world created by Megan Burmeister. After a decade in the fashion industry, Megan found herself with boxes of beautiful fabric remnants too valuable to discard, sparking her interest in quilting. Inspired by her vibrant South African childhood and American road trips as an adult, her work reflects influences of ‘70s California with cheerful retro graphics and sun drenched colour palettes.
