Hand carved from beautiful Mninga wood and designed with a wide rounded surface, this scoop is ideal for using with your larder items. It's perfect for scooping spices, grains, sugar, coffee and flour and makes for a lovely gift.

Mninga wood has a naturally appealing texture and distinctive grain. The scoops are handmade for us by our carvers, who use a traditional free hand carving technique.

Their team of Makonde Wood Carvers are renowned for their craftsmanship, a skill passed down for generations. Your purchase supports job creation and helps to keep the tradition of wood carving in the Makonde tribe alive.

Material: Mninga Wood Size: 10.5cm long x 5.5cm spoon diameter (approx)

Care: Hand wash and dry thoroughly. Not dishwasher safe. Use food safe mineral oil when required to retain the natural finish of the wood.
