LUCIE CLAUDIA PODRABKSA has her studio nestled between Prague and Lisbon. Her objects of glass are mouth-blown by a father-son glasshouse nestled in the Bohemian forest in the Czech Republic. Her crystal flowers are her favourite object, blown completely free-hand without a mould, telling a story of permanence. Her wine goblets are inspired by medieval tablescapes and glassware, adorned with decorations serving an aesthetic purpose but also providing additional grip as they would back in the 14th century.
